213 44678 Sunan an-Nasa'i 44 4662 The Book of Financial Transactions - كتاب البيوع "30367 20377 11290" أخبرنا قتيبة بن سعيد، قال حدثنا داود، عن عمرو، عن أبي المنهال، عن إياس، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى عن بيع فضل الماء ‏.‏ وباع قيم الوهط فضل ماء الوهط فكرهه عبد الله بن عمرو ‏.‏ " It was narrated from Iyas that: the Messenger of Allah forbade selling surplus water. The keeper of al-Wahat sold the surplus water of al-Wahat and 'Abdullah bin 'Arm disapproved of that."
