23 41589 Sunan an-Nasa'i 19 1579 The Book of the Prayer for the Two 'Eids - كتاب صلاة العيدين "30153 20031 11845 38" أخبرنا عمرو بن علي، قال حدثنا يحيى، قال حدثنا داود بن قيس، قال حدثني عياض، عن أبي سعيد، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يخرج يوم العيد فيصلي ركعتين ثم يخطب فيأمر بالصدقة فيكون أكثر من يتصدق النساء فإن كانت له حاجة أو أراد أن يبعث بعثا تكلم وإلا رجع ‏.‏ " It was narrated from Abu Sa'eed that: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to go out on the day of 'Eid and pray two rak'ahs then he would deliver the Khutbah and enjoin giving charity and the ones who gave most charity were the women. If he had any exigency or he needed to send an army he would speak of that if not he would go back."
