74 24427 Sunan Abi Da'ud 40 4425 Prescribed Punishments (Kitab Al-Hudud) - كتاب الحدود "30175 20469 10770 11050 17" "حدثنا مسدد، حدثنا أبو عوانة، عن سماك بن حرب، عن سعيد بن جبير، عن ابن عباس، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لماعز بن مالك ‏""‏ أحق ما بلغني عنك ‏""‏ ‏.‏ قال وما بلغك عني قال ‏""‏ بلغني عنك أنك وقعت على جارية بني فلان ‏""‏ ‏.‏ قال نعم ‏.‏ فشهد أربع شهادات فأمر به فرجم ‏.‏" Ibn ‘Abbas said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) asked Ma’iz b. Malik : Is what I have heard about you is true? He said: What have you heard about me? He said: I have heard that you have had intercourse with a girl belonging to the family of so and so. He said: Yes. He then testified four times. He (The prophet) then gave order regarding him and he was stoned to death.
