41 23368 Sunan Abi Da'ud 23 3367 Commercial Transactions (Kitab Al-Buyu) - كتاب البيوع "20164 20001 11014 18" حدثنا عبد الله بن مسلمة القعنبي، عن مالك، عن نافع، عن عبد الله بن عمر، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى عن بيع الثمار حتى يبدو صلاحها نهى البائع والمشتري ‏.‏ " Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade the sale of fruits till they were clearly in good condition forbidding it both to the seller and to the buyer."
