40 17060 Sahih Muslim 51 7171 The Book Pertaining to Repentance and Exhortation to Repentance - كتاب التوبة "30263 20208 11277 11449 10567 13" "حدثنا عمرو الناقد، حدثنا إسماعيل بن إبراهيم ابن علية، عن حجاج بن أبي، عثمان قال قال يحيى وحدثني أبو سلمة، عن أبي هريرة، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏""‏ إن الله يغار وإن المؤمن يغار وغيرة الله أن يأتي المؤمن ما حرم عليه ‏""‏ ‏.‏" Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Allah is self-respecting and a believer is also self-respecting and the respect of Allah is injured if a believer does what He has forbidden him to do.
