77 13502 Sahih Muslim 17 3541 The Book of Marriage - كتاب النكاح "30116 30367 20001 30399 11059 17" "حدثنا سعيد بن منصور، وقتيبة بن سعيد، قالا حدثنا مالك، ح وحدثنا يحيى، بن يحيى - واللفظ له - قال قلت لمالك حدثك عبد الله بن الفضل، عن نافع بن جبير، عن ابن عباس، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ‏""‏ الأيم أحق بنفسها من وليها والبكر تستأذن في نفسها وإذنها صماتها ‏""‏ ‏.‏ قال نعم ‏.‏" " Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying: A woman without a husband has more right to her person than her guardian and a virgin's consent must be asked from her and her silence implies her consent."
