81 3885 Sahih Bukhari 64 4081 Military Expeditions led by the Prophet (pbuh) (Al-Maghaazi) - كتاب المغازى "20404 20023 11014 18" حدثنا آدم، حدثنا الليث، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر رضى الله عنهما قال حرق رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نخل بني النضير وقطع وهى البويرة فنزلت ‏{‏ما قطعتم من لينة أو تركتموها قائمة على أصولها فبإذن الله‏}‏ " Narrated Ibn `Umar: Allah's Apostle had the date-palm trees of Bani Al-Nadir burnt and cut down at a place called Al- Buwaira. Allah then revealed: ""What you cut down of the date-palm trees (of the enemy) Or you left them standing on their stems. It was by Allah's Permission."" (59.5)"
